Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient restaurant operations.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating with suppliers and clients as needed.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
