Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at EgyCana Fast Food Enterprise Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, negotiating arrangements with suppliers and clients as needed.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, ensuring accurate financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
