Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance on tasks and responsibilities.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer complaints or concerns.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, including negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
  • Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote the establishment.
