About the Role

Affinity Group is seeking a highly skilled Transformational Change Management Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development of an Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy that will assist individuals and groups to understand and adopt the changes required for successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement OCM Strategies: Organize and facilitate activities to assist organizations in designing and describing the operational organizational structures, governance arrangements, and administrative processes necessary to make optimal use of the new patient cost information and achieve the project's goals.
  2. Conduct Stakeholder Analysis: Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify the individuals and groups likely to be most impacted by the changes and/or those most likely to influence the success of the project.
  3. Develop and Guide Implementation: Develop and guide the implementation of OCM strategies, monitor progress against agreed upon goals, and recommend remedial actions where necessary.
  4. Assess Role/Job and Organization Impact: Assess role/job and organization impact and identify strategies to address organizational change risk.
  5. Lead Development of Strategies: Lead the development of strategies to assist individuals and groups to understand and adopt the changes required for the project to be successful, with special attention paid to physicians and the clinical community.
  6. Develop Organizational Change Management Plan: Develop a targeted and actionable organizational change management plan, including communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching and training plan, resistance management plan, and transition to operations/post-project support plan.
  7. Ensure Coordinated Approach: Ensure a coordinated approach.
  8. Conduct Readiness Assessments: Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and concise manner as required.
  9. Integrate Change Management Activities: Work with the project managers to integrate change management activities into the project work plan and monitor execution and delivery.
  10. Influence and Guide OCM Activities: Influence and guide OCM activities at senior leader levels.
Requirements
  1. Post-Secondary Education: Post-secondary education bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Admin, Commerce, Leadership, or equivalent.
  2. Experience in Change Management: Minimum of 5 years' experience in a change management leadership capacity with demonstrated experience transforming and managing change across a complex multi-site, multi-stakeholder environment is required.
  3. Industry Recognized Certification: An industry recognized certification in organizational change management, such as CCMP or an equivalent.
  4. Experience with OCM Frameworks: Experience with the use of organizational change management frameworks, such as Prosci's ADKAR model, Kotter's 8 Steps, or an equivalent is required.
  5. Canadian Healthcare Experience: Canadian health care experience is an asset.
  6. Business Analysis Experience: Business analysis experience is an asset.
  7. Strong Presentation Skills: Strong presentation skills; can speak across various forums and communicate to broad, diverse audiences.
  8. Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  9. Relationship Management, Coaching, and Collaboration Skills: Relationship management, excellent coaching, and collaboration skills.
