Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Location: Remote Opportunity

Description: Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to support their finance transformations projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance, processes, and systems, with expertise in ADKAR and other change management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to assess impacts and execute change tactics.
  • Work closely with project managers to embed change plans and provide consolidated reporting.
  • Provide change management consulting and coaching to sponsors, project team members, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, or Organizational Development.
  • At least 4 years of experience in organizational change management and/or project management.
  • Proficiency in corporate-standard software applications, Office 365, and personal computer.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in Prosci Change Management Certification Program, Experienced Practitioner Program, ACMP Certified Change Management Professional program, or Project Management certification.

Description of Duties:

  • Develops and enables execution of change management plans for finance transformations projects.
  • Manages the people side of change, including performing change assessments, identifying change risks, and developing change management plans and success measures.
  • Engages subject matter experts to assess impacts and help execute change tactics.
  • Works closely with project managers to embed change plans and provide consolidated reporting.
  • Provides change management consulting and coaching to sponsors, project team members, leadership teams, and stakeholders.
