Organizational Change Management Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Management Consultant to join our team at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, project management, and finance transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change management plans for finance transformations projects, managing the people side of change and identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage subject matter experts to assess impacts and execute change tactics, working closely with project managers to embed change plans and provide consolidated reporting.
  • Provide change management consulting and coaching to sponsors, project team members, leadership teams, and stakeholders to maximize adoption and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change assessments and plans, making adjustments to enhance adoption and inform the team's methodology and operating model.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in organizational change management and/or project management, with a background in finance transformations and change management principles.
  • Excellent partnership, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills, with proficiency in corporate-standard software applications and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles, standards, and processes, as well as project management methodologies and agile methodology.

Nice to Have:

  • Certification in change management, project management, or a related field.
