We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our team at EPIC - Educational Program Innovations Center.
Job SummaryThe Executive Director will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies to drive organizational success. This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority.
- Establish financial and administrative controls.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Judgement, organized, and team player.
