Job Summary:

CSA Group is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our Environment and Climate Change initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the development of standards-based solutions that address the needs of industry, government, and the public.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and execution leadership in the development of standards-based solutions for the Environment and Climate Change program.
  • Manage a team of Project Managers to ensure project objectives are achieved within prescribed budgets and timelines.
  • Develop annual business plans, including execution plans, strategic plans, and budgets.
  • Work with senior leaders to drive business development opportunities and grow the portfolio of products and services.
  • Interface with external parties to advance the work of the program and manage stakeholder issues.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Science, or Applied Science, with a postgraduate degree in Management an asset.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic planning, operational management, and program or project management in the Environment and Climate Change area.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills, with a high degree of self-motivation and ability to work in a politically sensitive environment.
