Qualifications and Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Residence/Shelter Team Leader with Island Health. The successful candidate will possess a Diploma in a related field such as Community Social Services, with a focus on mental illness, addictions, and special needs. A minimum of two years of recent experience working with individuals with mental health and addiction issues, as well as office experience, is required.

The ideal candidate will also hold a valid BC Driver's License and have certificates in Food Safe, CPR, and First Aid.
