Job Title: Cleaning Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Cleaning Team Leader to join our team at Good Clean & Maintenance Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Inspect sites to ensure compliance with our safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services.
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, and replacements as needed.
  • Assist in co-ordinating work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules for the cleaning team.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
