Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of Client Relationship Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple implementations and initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor engagement performance and present implementation success, challenges, and results in a consultative manner.
- Act as a liaison with the client sponsor and steering committee to ensure successful delivery of commitments, quality, and alignment with scope.
- Review project deliverables to satisfy scope, objectives, and business requirements.
- Ensure services, project performance, and deliverables are aligned to deliver expected business outcomes.
- Provide project management oversight and build a sponsorship coalition to manage organizational change.
- Identify and mitigate risks and other barriers for successful project execution.
- Manage the overall profitability of client implementations, including labor hours and expenses per the approved budget.
- Experience with ERP and/or CRM implementations.
- Ability to identify opportunities for future implementations, gather client requirements, and effectively communicate them to your internal client team.
- Ability to manage multiple assigned projects and project managers.
- Plan and carry out responsibilities with minimal direction.
- Strong and effective decision-making and project management skills.
