Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand and DTC marketing campaigns to drive business objectives and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the CMO to define campaign strategies, budgets, and timelines.
  • Lead the development of marketing briefs, creative execution, and campaign delivery.
  • Liaise with the Broker Marketing Manager to ensure seamless delivery of broker marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to leverage expertise and drive campaign success.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to maximize conversion, including nurture journeys and SEO strategies.
  • Manage the GIH website to ensure it maximizes leads and conversion.
  • Evaluate and optimize media plans to ensure clear objectives and maximum ROI.
  • Plan, forecast, and report against campaign budgets and overall performance.
  • Responsible for creating the GIH social media content calendar.
  • Contribute to the annual marketing planning process for brand and DTC initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

About You

  • Proven experience in managing campaigns across paid media and owned channels.
  • Creative strategic thinker with a proven history of omnichannel campaign management delivery.
  • Proven experience working with creative/media agency partners and in-house teams.
  • Deep knowledge of marketing to drive brand awareness and leads, ideally within a retail market and/or premium sector.
  • International marketing experience.
  • Highly organized with expertise in working with insight and customer segmentation.
  • Able to adapt to and work with change in a fast-growing division and marketing function.
  • Thorough understanding of and passion for marketing, championing effective and innovative marketing practice.
  • Commercial awareness with accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Natural ability with insight and data.
  • Ability to present and communicate with confidence at all levels.
  • Experience operating in a matrix organization.
  • Understanding of customer contact/engagement strategies.
  • IT skills – excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software packages.
