Email Marketing Campaign Manager

CB Canada is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end campaign production process, ensuring that deadlines are met and email/adserve messages are deployed to market error-free.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the campaign production process, ensuring timely deployment and error-free execution
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a subject matter expert on channel best practices, including optimization tactics and expert knowledge of CASL & CAN-SPAM regulations
  • Report and analyze email campaign results through Google Analytics
  • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and standards with respect to email development and online marketing
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of managing email marketing experience, preferably in the financial or retail industry
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Marketing Specialist certification is preferred
  • 2+ years' experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, developing both simple and complex journeys via Journey Builder
  • Other mass email tools like Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot
  • Excellent knowledge of email campaign performance metrics
  • Knowledge of email privacy laws, CASL (Anti-Spam Legislation) and CAN-SPAM is required
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritize while under pressure
  • English should be fluent
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)

  • 15% Quality Assurance/Testing
  • 15% Channel Consulting/Meeting
Preferred Skills:
  • Bilingual English/French an asset
