Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including managing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer service delivery and team productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
