Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers throughout their booking, check-in, and boarding processes, adhering to our customer service policies and safety protocols.
  • Ensure the safe movement of passengers to and from our aircraft, providing additional support when needed.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop innovative customer service initiatives and ideas.
  • Perform administrative tasks and reporting related to our scheduled and charter flights.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure a positive customer experience from origin to destination.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
