Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated individual to become an integral part of our team as an Outside Sales Representative. Our ideal candidate will be someone who drives for results, has a history of uncovering new business opportunities, but also provides outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with key customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Visit with customers as required to build strong relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain customer contracts and ensure timely fulfillment of their needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals with assigned accounts.
- Responsible for generating demand for Rexel products and identifying business opportunities with the customer base.
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Support the Projects and Quotation teams as needed.
- Share and leverage talents and provide information to improve sales strategies and execution.
- Strive to achieve long-term relationships with customers by providing value-added solutions.
- Provide accurate technical data and advice to customers.
Requirements
- College diploma (or equivalent).
- Proven client service and preferably 4 – 5 years of commercial and industrial sales experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively and build/maintain effective relationships.
- A track record of achieving sales targets.
- Computer literate in a Windows environment.
