Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement risk management plans to ensure a safe and secure event environment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, reviewing bids and negotiating costs to optimize resources.
  • Assist in budget preparation, ensuring accurate financial projections and forecasts.
  • Plan and arrange for trade shows and exhibits, coordinating logistics and vendor management.
  • Plan schedules, goals, and objectives, aligning with company strategies and objectives.
  • Research and design special events programs, incorporating innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Develop policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage Event Logistics, supervising office and volunteer staff to ensure efficient event execution.
  • Perform financial calculations, such as costing and budgeting, to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate competitive programs, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or event management.
