At 1127295 BC LTD, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards. To achieve this, you will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, and addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage. If you have experience in the food service industry and are looking for a challenging role that will allow you to utilize your skills and knowledge, we encourage you to apply. We offer a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek and a dynamic work environment. Fluency in English is required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage

**Requirements:**

* College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
* Or equivalent experience
* Experience in the food service industry is an asset
* Fluency in English
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
