Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Banff International Hostel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to maintain a high level of service.
- Inspect facilities to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary services such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
- Assist housekeeping staff with their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
- English language proficiency.
