Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Banff International Hostel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Hire and train new staff members, and arrange for additional services as needed.
- Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Establish work schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
