Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Banff International Hostel.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Inspect facilities regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Recommend additional services or repairs as needed to maintain our facilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Client focus, dependability, and reliability.
This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
LanguageEnglish is the primary language of communication in this role.
