Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation.
Job Summary:The Construction Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise construction workers and projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines.
- Train or arrange for training to ensure that workers have the necessary skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Estimate costs and materials to ensure that projects are completed within budget.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time.
- Read blueprints and drawings to understand project requirements.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in various locations.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
- Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for Veterans.
- Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Provides staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.

Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
