Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction staff, including carpenters, laborers, and other tradespeople, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets quality standards and identify any potential issues or defects.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in a safe and healthy manner, in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and to their satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction-related role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work well under pressure, and knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Our construction sites are located in various locations, and you will be required to work on-site, often in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Our standard work schedule is 30 to 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work a regular schedule, with occasional overtime as needed.
