Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budget updates and scheduling information.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet design and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Provide training and guidance to construction staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Monitor and control project costs to ensure they are within budget.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English, and the work setting is various locations.
