Construction Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at The Extell Group Corporation. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required standards.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that workers are provided with a safe working environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
- Cost Management: Monitor and control project costs, ensuring that they are within budget.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
