Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to develop profitable sales and ensure that customers' expectations are consistently met, maximizing our market share.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop account strategies that satisfy Business Centre sales objectives;
- Develop profitable incremental sales to new and existing accounts;
- Coordinate sales and customer service efforts with Inside Sales and Purchasing;
- Support inside salespeople and quotation specialists to foster excellent customer service, operational efficiency, and account profitability;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers and competitors;
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and vendor representatives;
- Provide solutions to address customer issues;
- Offer accurate market intelligence to the Business Centre Manager and sales team;
- Maintain technical knowledge up-to-date on various product lines.
- Minimum five years of industry experience, preferably, and at least two years of experience in sales or relevant training;
- Demonstrated sales ability;
- Excellent English written and spoken skills;
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
- Product knowledge;
- Customer service driven and results-oriented;
- Computer experience an asset.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $75,000-$90,000, depending on experience, plus a competitive benefits package, including flexible group insurance, health resources, group RRSP, and postsecondary scholarship program.
