Job Summary

SHIVRAJ GHUMAN CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Supervisor to lead our construction team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 labourers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all construction work meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in residential construction, with a focus on project management and team supervision.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Environment: The successful candidate will work outdoors in a noisy construction environment.
