Job Overview

This role involves ensuring the effective administration of employee benefits, maintaining accurate HR data, and providing insights through data analysis to support HR strategies and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct workshops or training sessions on total reward programs.
  • Maintain accuracy of data quality between HRIS & Payroll.
  • Generate reports and analyze HR data to support strategic planning.
Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat with advanced Excel skills. SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
