Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at BBC Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating the flow of information, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Information Coordination: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all necessary information is shared in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong organizational and communication skills.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work with minimal supervision and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
