Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Firehouse Subs. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Support and Training
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
    • Train staff
  • Supervision and Coordination
    • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
    • Supervise 1 to 2 people
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment
  • Personal Suitability
    • Organized
Work Conditions

Public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience is required. The duration of the employment is permanent, and the working hours are 35 hours per week.
