About the Role

MARBEC BUILD-ALL LTD is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials Such as Concrete and Asphalt
  • Assist in Aligning Pipes During Pipeline Construction
  • Assist in Drilling and Blasting Rock on Construction Sites
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications
  • Pave and Rake Asphalt
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
  • Tend or Feed Machines or Equipment Used in Construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, at heights, and in confined spaces. You will also be exposed to dusty and dangerous conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience: Will train
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, ability to handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
