Job Summary

KEITH PANEL SYSTEMS CO., LTD. is seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process by performing tasks such as loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the supervision of experienced personnel.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs as part of a construction team.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, under the guidance of experienced operators.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heights and dusty environments.
  • Physical stamina to perform physically demanding tasks, including handling heavy loads.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will be working on high-rise building construction sites, which may involve working at heights and in dusty environments. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
