Job Title: Customer Account Leader

At Standard Aero, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Leader to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between operations, engineering, materials, sales, and the customer to ensure seamless product transactions.
  • Implement solutions to maximize customer experience and financial requirements of the business unit.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure transaction timelines are met or exceeded.
  • Build relationships with external and internal clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage accounts through sound business judgment, recalling relevant information to analyze situations and defend decisions.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, order acknowledgments, estimates, and invoices as required.
  • Apply project management principles to identify available resources, define scope, develop timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate OEM warranty and resolve or assist in resolving warranty claims.
  • Maintain data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) or (SFDC) database.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline with two years or a Baccalaureate Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt language to the audience.
  • Competent working in a culturally diverse environment with a demonstrated sensitivity to other cultural norms and practices.
  • Proven commitment to professional practice, continuous professional improvement, and life-long learning.
