Clinical Team Lead

The Nova Scotia Health Authority is seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to provide administrative, organizational, and leadership support to the Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure the effective delivery of clinical services and provide direct clinical client service in their professional role.
About YouWe are looking for a highly qualified individual with a Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling, or Occupational Therapy, and a minimum of three years' experience in Mental Health & Addictions intervention. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and organizational support to the Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team
- Work closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure effective clinical service delivery
- Provide direct clinical client service in their professional role
- Lead the team in areas of client-centered decision making, customer service, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- Identify areas for service improvement and facilitate and evaluate quality initiatives
