Seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to provide assessment, psychotherapy, and group facilitation via virtual technologies to adults.

About the Role

  • Master's degree in a clinical health-related discipline required.
  • Current registration with a relevant provincial regulatory body necessary.
  • Experience delivering evidence-based individual and group interventions, including cognitive and behavioral therapies, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of standard criteria used for the classification and diagnosis of mental health disorders, as well as crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in multiple software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a multidisciplinary team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, psychotherapy, and group facilitation to adults via virtual technologies.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based individual and group interventions, including cognitive and behavioral therapies.
  • Collaborate with other service providers and community agencies to provide comprehensive care.
  • Conduct crisis intervention and suicide risk assessments, as well as provide non-violent crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment training.
