We are a dynamic organization that offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team as an Office Operations Coordinator. This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized, and have attention to detail. Experience with MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word is also essential. As a permanent employee, you will work 35-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
