About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Sales Leader to join our team in Canada. As a key member of our Small Business Banking department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver analytics and reporting solutions that meet business needs.
  • Manage and maintain complex data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and deliver timely and actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or Statistics.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics and/or MIS/reporting, with a strong background in data warehousing and ETL processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, SAS, R, or Python, with experience in programming and application development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong prioritizing, planning, analytical, and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
