Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of 3-4 team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Estimate costs and materials, and requisition or order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train or arrange for training of team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and potentially dangerous environment.
