Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Laborer - Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites. This includes tasks such as:

  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials like concrete and asphalt.
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Leveling earth to meet fine grade specifications.
  • Paving and raking asphalt.
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials.
  • Performing routine maintenance work.
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Tending or feeding machines and equipment used in construction.
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work at heights, underground, and in confined spaces.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
