Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ultimate Wings Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we get the best possible prices.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of more than 20 people to ensure that they are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint to manage inventory, track sales, and create reports.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, flexibility, reliability, and teamwork skills.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
