We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse/Registered Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at Southern Health-Santé Sud. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying the nursing process to support clients/residents/patients in achieving and maintaining their optimum level of health within a people-centered approach in acute, transitional, personal care home, primary health care, public health-healthy living, and/or home care settings.

The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in both official languages (English/French) and current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba or the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba. They will also have a strong understanding of professional standards of practice, code of ethics, and the regulated health professions act.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care. You will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive working relationships, resolving conflicts effectively, and communicating clearly and professionally.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate initiative, independent judgment, and analytical problem-solving skills. You will also be required to lead and make decisions autonomously, prioritize tasks efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
