The Southern Health-Santé Sud organization seeks a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver exceptional patient care and support within our multidisciplinary team. This role requires the ability to apply the nursing process to achieve optimal health outcomes, working collaboratively with clients, residents, and patients in various care settings.

The ideal candidate will possess current active registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Manitoba and proficiency in both official languages. They will also have Basic Life Support certification and knowledge of Professional Standards of Practice, Competency Profile for Licensed Practical Nurses in Manitoba, and the Code of Ethics.
