Job Title: Director, Implementation, Slocan Site Redevelopment Project

At PHSA, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Implementation, Slocan Site Redevelopment Project to lead the implementation of the CW Redevelopment Project. This is a key role that requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of the CW Redevelopment Project, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and PHSA teams.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, ensuring effective project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and codes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and partners.
  • Manage and resolve conflicts, issues, and risks associated with the project.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Administration.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
