Job Title: Director, Implementation, Slocan Site Redevelopment Project

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Implementation, Slocan Site Redevelopment Project to lead the implementation of the CW Redevelopment Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall design, planning, and implementation of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team and ensure that all project deliverables are met.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage the work of contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all project activities are carried out in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and PHSA policies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, contractors, and community groups.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as architecture, engineering, or construction administration.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and PHSA policies.
