Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at 1357837 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all aspects of your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to all guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Room Reservations: Manage room reservations, including taking, canceling, and changing reservations as needed.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff, providing clear and concise information as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
