Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at KFC - Taco Bell. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Team Management: Hire food service staff, prepare budget and cost estimates, establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
