Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurants. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Food Preparation: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, establish work schedules, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 42 hours per week.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet customer demands. You will be required to stand, walk, and move around the restaurant frequently.
