About the Role:

The Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor is a key member of our pharmacy team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate pharmacy staff to ensure optimal workflow and customer service.
  • Manage department personnel, including scheduling, recruitment, performance management, and training.
  • Coach pharmacy assistants to deliver superior customer experiences and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Promote PROfile Programs and educate pharmacy assistants on their benefits.
  • Communicate operational requirements and changes to pharmacy support staff.
  • Complete monthly reporting and supervise inventory management.
  • Process customer transactions, assemble prescriptions, and perform administrative duties.
  • Receive and process refill requests, record deliveries, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Assist with other pharmacy operations as required.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree or equivalent recognized program preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
