Job Summary

The Pharmacy Aide will assist pharmacists with various tasks, including maintaining inventory, preparing prescriptions, and performing general clerical duties.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of medications and prescriptions
  • Assist pharmacists with preparing and dispensing medications
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with ordering and inventory management
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by pharmacists or management
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Work Setting

The Pharmacy Aide will work in a pharmacy or drugstore environment, assisting pharmacists and other staff members with various tasks.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
