Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor to join our team at Lawtons. As a Pharmacy Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing pharmacy operations, and leading a team of pharmacy assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide superior customer service in a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional manner.
  • Pharmacy Operations
    • Manage pharmacy workflow and ensure efficient operations.
    • Coordinate the scheduling of pharmacy assistants and manage department personnel.
    • Supervise inventory management and ensure accurate ordering and stocking of medications.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate a team of pharmacy assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve pharmacy excellence.
    • Coach and train pharmacy assistants to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Process customer transactions and manage cash handling.
    • Complete monthly reporting and maintain accurate records.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience as a pharmacy assistant or equivalent experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of MS Suite and pharmacy software.
